HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We can’t wait to get it out to you! Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or on holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Regular Canada: $5.00 (5-8 days)*
Express Canada: $10.99 (1–3 days)
Regular USA: $14.99 (5–8 days)
Express USA: $24.99 (1–3 days)
Regular International: $34.99 (6–14 days)

*Free regular shipping for Canadian and US orders  over CAD $30 before tax! Note that, for other orders, all prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

Wanna know where it’s at? To check your order status, simply click on the Account information tab on the navigation bar. Forgot a letter? Want to change colors? To make any changes, contact us. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll be more than happy to make the desired changes.

Returns & Exchanges


CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Of course you can! If for any reason you change your mind, are not happy with your purchase (we really hope not), or if we messed up (sorry about that 🙁 ), you may return the items postmarked within 30 days of receipt for an online store credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original packaging. Please allow 14–21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will notify you via email.

Return process
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

EXCHANGES

To exchange any item, we suggest placing a new order prior to returning the original order. This way, you are certain we have your new item in stock. You can then return the original purchase for a refund within 30 days. Once your return has been processed, we will notify you via email.
